Welcome to the Ritual Room

Ritual Room is an online membership space built around one essential idea: real transformation is not only created by igniting fire, it is created by rhythm, polarity and balance.

If you’ve already felt the spark of practicing yoga, Ritual Room is where you learn to sustain it. This space was create to give you the steady and progressive structure of a holistic yoga practice that you can bring with you anywhere.

Each week, we work with two complementary live practices:
One builds heat, clarity, direction. One restores, regulates, integrates.
Not as opposites, but as intrinsic phases of the same cycle.

My Method

Fire & Ice: the practice of Balance

You already felt the spark of the physical practice of yoga, but if you’re honest, the stillness feels harder than movement.
And when practice ends, you’re often left tired, wired, or subtly disconnected.

I guide you into the practice of polarities: heat and coolness, effort and surrender, activation and deep rest. The method of balance, that will allow to build not only physical strength, but also mental strength, to carry when you step off your mat.

My work blends strong flows with breath-led pacing and real recovery. At the heart of it all is something simple, often overlooked: your relationship to your breath. When you learn how to truly stay with it, to feel it, follow it, and move from it, your practice shifts. Strength becomes steady. Rest becomes deep. Your nervous system begins to trust you.

Strength becomes rooted.
Stillness becomes alive.
This isn’t about doing more or less.
It’s about practicing with deeper and elevated awareness.

Sound & Silence:
the space of Perception

As a musician, I carefully select music to create an atmosphere that holds the practice, without overwhelming it.

Sound supports the flow of practice, guiding rhythm, sustaining attention, and creating continuity; &

Silence opens space for deeper listening, allowing the breath, sensations, and internal experience to come forward.

In-Between, balance emerges.

Ritual Room offers a practice that is not only performed, but perceived, a curated sensory experience.

The Classes

SOUL FIRE VINYASA (75’)

A multi-level empowering vinyasa practice designed to ignite your inner fire with intention and meaning. This class blends fluid sequencing with strength-building postures, breathwork, and mindful awareness to help you tap into your vitality and resilience. Expect a creative, challenging flow that awakens both body and spirit, leaving you grounded yet radiant.

AMBIENT RESTORATIVE (45’)

A practice of sustained rest and deep listening, supported by restorative poses and sound. This class introduces the guidance of yoga nidra and moves along a gentle continuum from waking awareness into deep restorative and dreamy states, allowing the nervous system to release tensions, integrate, and recalibrate.

Each month, the practice focuses on a specific theme, allowing you to delve deeply into it week after week. This creates the ideal conditions for building muscle memory, resilience, and developing strong neurological pathways.

  • Non-identical sequences to build and work towards one specific peak pose week after week.

(e.g: hanumanasana, tolasana, surya yantrasana, etc.)

  • Exploring movements around one anatomical focus to deepen the benefits on the physical area.

(e.g: back bends, arms balances, hips openers, etc.)

  • Approaching body and mind by cultivating yogic and buddhist wisdoms throughout a month-long series.

(e.g: wisdom of symbols (padma), human values (presence), eight limbs of yoga by Patanjali, teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, etc.)

The power of a sustained practice

Practice becomes transformative when it is sustained.

What You’ll Learn

Breath

Through conscious breathwork and prāṇāyāma, you’ll learn how the breath regulates both movement and stillness. Breath becomes the thread that connects effort and pause, guiding the transition between dynamic flow and restorative states.

By refining your awareness of prāṇa, the subtle energy carried through the breath, you develop greater steadiness in practice, allowing intensity to remain spacious rather than overwhelming.

Over time, the breath becomes your anchor: stabilizing the nervous system and supporting a deeper, more intentional practice.

Philosophy

Ritual Room is grounded in the yogic understanding that practice is a balance of effort and ease; what the tradition describes as sthira (steadiness) and sukha (spaciousness).

Rather than chasing intensity or withdrawing from challenge, you learn to cultivate a rhythm where activation and restoration support each other. This approach echoes the deeper intention of yoga: creating harmony between discipline, awareness, and inner quiet.

Through this philosophy, practice becomes sustainable: something that nourishes the body, steadies the mind, and supports long-term transformation.

Full body + mind work

Yoga works through the integration of body, breath, and attention.

Dynamic vinyasa sequences develop strength, mobility, and circulation, while restorative practices allow the nervous system to settle and integrate the effects of effort. This interplay supports both physical resilience and mental clarity.

As movement, breath, and awareness begin to align, practice shifts from simply “doing poses” to cultivating embodied presence; where the body becomes a space for attention, regulation, and inner steadiness.

About Me

I am yono ~ Vinyasa and Yoga Nidra facilitator, sound practitioner, and DJ based in Berlin.

My work lives in the space between opposites: movement and silence, sound and space, structure and intuition.

After navigating anxiety, addiction, depression, and deep loneliness, I learned that practicing with intensity alone was not really healing nor fulfilling. What changed everything was learning to stay present, especially in stillness, and to build a sustained connection to my breath as an anchor.

With over 500 hours of training and a background in art history, management and philosophy, I guide practitioners toward practices that are strong, intelligent, and deeply regulating.

Because presence isn’t passive,
and stillness isn’t absence.
