Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a deep meditative practice inducing a profound relaxation state where the mind lays between wakefulness and dream.

It is a practice of complete stillness and awareness, putting the body at rest and increasing the brain capacities, tuning in alpha waves. In Yoga Nidra, the central nervous system (sushumna nadi) awakens the whole brain.

Learning to listen, rest and visualize, is the key spell of Nidra. This practice is the door to access both subconscious and unconscious, to unlock images, emotions, experiences, patterns and memories. By accessing those under layers of the mind, we find the ability to transform anything in our existence.

Yoga Nidra is the practice of self-growth, a practice of mind expansion, a deep state of introspection.

  • This session is a perfect introduction to Yoga Nidra practice, allowing the body to completely relax and awakening extra sensory perceptions.

    After the rotation of the consciousness in all different parts of the body, you will enter a visualization altering your mind and brainwaves between states of wakefulness and dreams.
